Maybe. But there's a good chance you'll get injured and not make it to the starting line.
You're reasonably young and have a good training background and some talent, but don't underestimate how much your body has changed in 12 years. You'll pick up injuries easier at 34, especially stupid tendon and joint injuries that take a long time to heal. You have to ramp up slowly and run stupid slow for a while. But the problem is you've got a marathon in 5 months, and marathons require exactly the kind of training you shouldn't be doing right now.
Running in your 30s can be a huge amount of fun and you can still run fast times and maybe even PR, but you have to be smarter and more patient than you were at 22. If you can get past the first 3-6 months and back into consistent running, you've got a fighting chance. In 5 months, you can drop 10 pounds and run a decent 5K. Save the marathon for 2023.
