I did circuit training with a girl who could barely do three. She did however win multiple Olympic medals.

Bruh. That's insulting.
Am I missing something here? I'm not getting what is supposed to be so difficult. Are there really "athletes" that can't do 3 pushups?
I just tried and did 33 no problem. It may depend on the shape of your hand and how much your knuckles protrude but I don't really find it painful doing pushups on my knuckles. More just uncomfortable
Whoever films themselves doing 50+ on YouTube gets a free pack of RunGum!
I've run a sub 2 800, (not what you're talking about but more impressive than a sub 4:30 mile) and I'm 100% sure I can't do 10 push ups in a row

I'm also in highschool just like you Sham so maybe spend less time on knuckle push ups and more time training
I heard girls like strong muscles. Fast guys went out of fashion in middle school. :(
You're not going to get muscular doing body weight b.s.
Go to the gym and lift some real iron

Also, why on the knuckles? Sounds painful and unnecessary.
You need to be mentally able to take the pain. Push-ups on the knuckles with nose on the floor takes the ultimate pain tolerance and it must be trained.
You have supreme talent only doing 3 with a 4:40 mile, imagine what you can do with greater mental pain endurance?
Actually, I’ve got my own program going where I stab myself with a kitchen knife twice every night before bed. I also wear my spikes inside the shoe pointing up into my foot, like a true runner.
