I just got my 2nd shot yesterday and i feel very weak and ill today, ever sense my first shot i have noticed my times weren't where they were suspected to be. I saw someone say your v02 max will drop some after being vaccinated.
Is this true?

It was an observational study - vaxxed people had much larger male sexual organs. Draw your own conclusions from it.

Infectious disease docs and anyone who knows what they’re talking about would say no
Most likely scenario: sore arm, slight fever and fatigue from 12 to 48 hrs out. Back to normal in 72+hrs
I had Covid last fall. After the first shot, the next two days were a lot like having Covid. The next week I had fatigue similar to what I had for 3-4 months after I was sick. After that, I'm back to feeling great.
So, yes, depending in age and a lot of other things, you might be slower for a few days or a week. It's still many times better than getting Covid.
Had Moderna no. 2 on April 20. Had fever and aches for about 12 hours and felt crappy for another 24 hours. After that, I was 100% save and except for a sore spot on my arm at the injection . Been running as well as I have this spring. Actually quite remarkable how quickly things get better once the immune system does its job.
I felt awful the day after my JJ vaccine and then tried for about a week after. DNF a workout and did low mileage. After that rough week was completely back to normal and feeling great on workouts and runs.

The long term studies aren't out, well, because it's obviously too new. One thing is for sure the usual liberals will chime in, give some anecdotal evidence (whether true or not) and say its perfectly fine. No problems, no nothing.
