Im coming back from a hip injury that had me out for over a month. I started incorporating biking a week ago and went for my first run today. I only ran a mile and had zero hip pain but i did have a weird sensation in my legs, almost like they were made of jello. They just felt really wobbly/weak and kind of tight. My hips and back were also tight. Is this a normal feeling post injury? I don't want to push through it and injure something else
