If all the Tuohy stans and anti-Tuohy stans could just shut the f up for a moment. Not every thread needs to be an argument about Katlyn Tuohy. In fact, not every thread needs to be an argument at all. Imagine that. You guys should try that sometime. You may find life is actually meaningful when you dont spend every waking hour of it pedantically screaming at each other about the exploits of talented teenagers who want nothing to do with sad little people like you.
I thought the dyestat interview of Krissy Gear was worth listening to after her victory. Im amused she is such a potty mouth during official interviews but more power to her. I can see why she got a reputation as being a bit of a loose canon at times but it sure seems to be coming together for her since her transfer. Shes a good combination of mature and still hungry.

Yeah she is a saucy-mouthed lass for sure. I was impressed by her workhorse performances at indoor/XC natties and she is now clearly benefitting from that strength.
Katelyn Tuohy has been setting age group records since seventh grade! She was a national champion by her freshman year in high school and continued it for four straight years
The best year of cross country was her junior year. So it's not like she had one good year. She was a national champion 4 straight years in high school and had two unbelievable years
And she continued on to be by far the best true freshman at cross country Championships in college beating the next closest freshman by over 40 seconds
And now she is by far the fastest freshman, true freshman, at 1500 and 5K. If anyone else was doing what she is they would definitely be getting noticed but of course she has built up a name by being the best in her class for 7 straight years so there's always that to consider
