Racing a big invite on saturday and hoping to run 1:57. I'll also be running the 4x4 and my coach is going to put me in the 4x4 in a meet on tuesday just to get a feel for the race because I've never done it before.
Besides that It's pretty much left up to me on how I want to get thru the week.
I'm thinking about doing a 4 mile tempo before the 4x4, and then cruising through the race in 56-57.
Then on Thursday do 4x200 @ 800 pace.
