28 miles/7:56/133bpm. TRIMP 356 + 46 crosstraining
Wed: Had a run analysis. Running looked ok from the side, but horrible from the back. I will create a separate thread on it, maybe people can help me figure out what's wrong with me.
Thu:
Some intervals at the track.
2x200 (39, 42), 2x300 (65, 65), 2x400 (88, 86), 2x800 (3:06, 3:03) with generous walking rest
Sun:
10k race in 40:48. Out in 19:38, but it was downhill, back in 21:10 (uphill). Felt toast at 7th km, some side stitches, but not too bad, didn't have to stop. 3rd in AC45. Fitness seems to be progressing better than last year, if only my stride wasn't messed up.
