I had a sexy track season, I must give a big thanks to 10x400 with 2 minute rest.
For cross country 5k, should I be doing 10x1200 at 5k pace with double rest? Is that a good workout?
I need to increase my endurance because while I dipped under 4:30, my 5k last season was only 16:47. I did do a 10:16 though, so I should be in better shape...
