I can't tell you what you'll run with more training, there are too many unpredictable factors. What I can tell you though, is that many of the top distance runners in the NCAA on a given year would NOT be capable of running 14:19 on 40 miles a week after 7 weeks of training. The ones who can are freaks. So, if you're telling the truth, you're a freak. Train carefully and don't give up. If you do end up becoming a top NCAA runner you should come back to this thread in a few years and tell us who you are.
