I'm a freshman and this is my first year of the track so I don't really know where I'm exactly at fitness-wise for my first track meet that is coming up this week. Okay, so a few days ago I did 8x400 @ 4:30, 2x600 @ 4:30, and then 4x200 @ 4:00 pace all w/ 1ish minutes rest (same amount of rest between each set as well). I'm wondering what you think I could run for 1600m so I can better pace myself in a race. Thanks!
