CBA is ass. Evan weber Is better than jimmy wischuchen. Evans times are much faster than jimmys times last year which means this year he will win moc. He had a bad race last week but thats cus the uc coaches dont want NJ to know what they have in there arsenal. UC will win NXN with the jimmy evan duo. Evan WILL be the best runner in NJ xc history!
CBA is capitalizing on the horrible NJ transfer situation. CBA died. My athletes would have beat CBA but they cant race. NJ doesn't understand. My transfer didn't transfer only so they could run on the greatest team of the future. But they also transferred for Tin Man workouts. Nj should stop thinking that varisty athletes transfer for educational purposes. NJ is punishing kids for transferring because of a varsity education but reality check all we care about is Sports. Sports. Sports. Sports. CBA cant recruit boohoo
CBA is terrible. We are so much better than they are and it isn't even close. We won moc last year they didnt. They didnt win a single state championship last year we won all of them. CBA doesn't have a Jimmy nor do they have anyone capable of running faster than us. I think it is absurd that they were ranked higher than us on literally every single ranking. Just wait until I start running fast then it is all over for "The Academy".
Not to sure who Joey "Brr" Barret is but I heard he made a remark "hey sully lets crush these guys today" and i think that foul language should not be said at a meet like that. shame on joey bert.

I'm not familiar with the Union Catholic coach but if he has any integrity he'd whip your a** for posting this crap.

Seems like everyone on Union Catholic’s varsity team (except Jimmy W.) has an account and is posting now
Anyone thought that CBA was ever finished is a complete foo. They may have taken some graduation hits after spring 2021, but there were many underclassmen performances in track that spring. Last year was supposed to be a rebuilding year, but they were still solid. And with almost everyone back, they are insane this year
can't be arsed. used when you really cant be bothered to do something proposed to you. also a foolproof excuse to get you out of any social event you really dont want to attend.
You don't understand when the headband comes out at a meet it's over for everyone but CBA. The reversible headband just stands as a symbol for CBA's team. Whether you feeling like wearing a white or black headband it simply has that versatility as does CBA. They will never be finished.
Most of you have written a training plan for your athletes but it is not too late prepare the (im)perfect schedule. Part of the Coach McCafferty Series.
CBA projected top 5 for 2024 xc (grade for next season listed next to names) Barrett - 11 - 9:07 3200 Clifford - 12 - 4:14 1600 Falkowski - 12 - 4:20 1600 Kemp - 12 - 4:23 1600 Mastroly - 11 - 4:24 1600 All but Mastroly were also in CBA’s top 7 last year.
Other people fighting for varsity spots Younger Falkowski - 10 - 9:49 3200 Barber - 12 - 9:53 3200 De Marco - 12 - 4:29 1600 Schmitt - 11 - 4:38 1600 - ran some races in the top 7 during xc
Youre forgetting about the dynamic duo of Michael Elsayegh and Ryan Shibles, quiet start to the season but ready to rip in the fall looking to takedown the Holmdel Park Course Record.
