I ran 4:53 for my first race of the season this Monday then ran a 6x1k w/ 3 minutes rest and averaged 3:27 feeling pretty good throughout.
Any predictions for my next 1600m race this Monday? I'm aware that the best prediction is to "go out and do 4x400m with 0 min rest" and that back in the 80's you used to run 15x1k in 2 minutes rest averaging 3:27 in middle school, but all I want is a general idea.
