AJ ran a 100m in 11:53 not prepared and at 245 pounds. This makes me think he's extremely fast-twitch.
It has also been shown in multiple fights, where after throwing combos sometimes he gas-out and then can only jab his way to the bell to get some rest.
I'm not a boxer and don't know much but I think boxers don't understand enough the concept of slow-twitch more endurance type vs fast-twitch, explosive types. They seem to only think in terms of explosive or slow guys, but not really in terms of endurance. They think endurance can be acquired at will.
In track and fields we know there's no way that a pure 100m guy, no matter how much prepared could beat a miler on a 5000m.
Tyson Fury seem to be more slow-twitch, because yes he's pretty fast, but he's not incredibly fast, and he doesn't have that much power which makes me think he's not too much fast twitch.
Tyson Fury should exhaust AJ out, and then finishes him when he's gased out.
