you might be able to do it based on that. should try to do 5 or 6 of them, but go faster!
1:56 - 2:01, mostly determined by whether you used flats or spikes or rounded rep times down..
You don't need to run any harder for a set of 10 or faster for a set of 6 since your best distance is longer.
Out in 57 should be fine for 1:58
First 3 were in normal trainers, last 7 were in flats.
If you’ve been doing your aerobic and threshold work there’s no reason you can’t break 2:00 right now. I’d say 1:58ish
