I have averaged 80 miles a week for the past 10 weeks. I have a pb of 2:22 in the marathon. I have recently done 3 workouts and based off these what can i run for a flat marathon?
Workouts I Did:
3 x 3M at 15:30,15:24,15:15 (R) was 3 mins.
8 x 1M at 5:03 average (R) was 2 mins.
15 x 1K at 3:08 average (R) was 90 seconds.
