It's nice to see that a dream I had a few months ago became a reality. 🙂
Florida: The law grants civil immunity to people who drive into protesters who are blocking a road
Genius stuff. 👍
If you are going to play in the streets, make sure someone watches to yell "car" when need be.
Note to self: Do not stand in traffic. Got it. Funny how I taught that to my children when they were young even when this law was not around. Guess protestors will have to find ways to get their point across without blocking public thoroughfares.
Note to you: So protesters stay on the sidewalk. You're running by, and decide to jump off into the street so you don't run through them. You get run over. Okay with that?
Wait for the car to pass by before running in the street dumbazz.

If protests do not cause inconvenience nothing will change. It's funny that a lot of Americans do not seem to grasp that. You'd think given the birth of this country protesting and standing up for what you believe in would be more accepted.
Note to all: If you decide to run in close proximity to these people, you probably get what you asked for.

It’s illegal for protesters to block traffic. I would suggest protesters refrain from illegal activities or it might be considered rioting.
This is awesome. Too bad I live in Texas where Texans just act like they're tough while being run from the liberal swamp of Austin.
This is wrong for America.
I find it difficult to grasp the sheer hypocrisy of a governor who considered lockdowns Draconian and yet just came through with a horribly Draconian bill of his own.

The Ron DeSatan law: "...also gives the state power to override city and county-level decisions regarding law enforcement budgets and opens local governments up to lawsuits in the event they fail to stop what the STATE defines as a riot."
MA-GAs high-speed races through people crowded democrat cities ≠ not a riot
Non-MA-GAs quietly marching anywhere = riot
I fixed your pics.

Punitive/Puritanical Republicans.
They'd rather see a person intentionally hit with a car than successfully inconvenience a single person. They love to say, "PlAy StUpId GaMeS, wIn StUpId PrIzEs".
They'd rather see an unarmed person killed for resisting arrest than successfully get away from the police. They gleefully shout, "you shouldn't fight the police ha ha ha!"

LOL, thank you for illustrating my very point. The difference in the photos says all that is needed to be said.
