That logic was used against Trump blaming him for the capitol riot, so ya makes sense. She should be booted. (disclaimer: I think Trump is an idiot, but I can acknowledge that the capitol riot was not his doing. It was the doing of a bunch of separate delusional people)
The media is barely even reporting on this, I guess it doesn't fit their narrative of police and national guard being the bad guys.

Agree 100%. She should be charged as Trump was.
I think it's a bit more nuanced:
1. 'a bit more confrontational' is a lot vaguer than 'march to the capitol building now'. I think that there's a spectrum of how bad it is, with this a lot less far along the line than inciting the capitol riot.
2. Trump knew that millions of people hung off his every word and would do what he said (cf If I shot someone I would get away with it...)
Obviously anyone encouraging violence is in the wrong and should think more before they say things like that, but but it's important to recognise the existence of different levels of guilt
Her speech is borderline jury tampering.

March to the capitol means march to the capitol, not breach the capitol. Never once did he ever call for violence, and it was proven that the capitol breach was planned beforehand, independent of Trump. "Get a bit more confrontational" is somewhat vague, but it also directly calls for violence, that's what "confront. Maxine Waters also knows the influence she has over people which is why she says the things she does.

Trump said protest peacefully and patrioticly. Maxine is actively encouraging violence. The two are not the same.
Yes she should be charged. They should also do a brain biopsy to find out if she has one.
