Hey everyone! I will be running a 2 day meet soon. I will run the 3200 on the first day and the 1600 on the next. I was wondering if I will still be able to run well in the 1600? I am going to have to run the 3200 all out bc I am trying to qualify for state, so I can’t just jog it. The 1600 I am weaker in so I am just trying to pr Bc it will almost defiantly be my last mile this season. Anyone got advice on how to perform my best in the 16?
