Hey folks, other than anemia, anyone know any stuff that could cause me to be a bit lightheaded and weak feeling while running? I get this like once a week, and it’s definitely most common when my mileage is high. I used to bang out high mileage weeks in college without anything like this, and that was only a few years ago.
It gets to the point where I need to walk and stop my run completely. Typically my body feels really “empty” when it happens, almost like you would at the end of a 20 miler. Any thoughts?
It’s often accompanied by a weirdly low heart rate. My general practitioner supplied me zero help and doctors aint cheap :(
