After finishing up a 4x3200 workout today on the track it got me thinking...
Why not run my solo HM TT in a few weeks on the track as well?
Pros:
* Easy pacing
* Pancake flat and fast
* Easy to stash a Gatorade
* If things don’t work out no hike home
Cons:
* Boring
* Repetitively turning one direction may cause injury
Questions for folks...
1) Anyone done this? Any pointers?
2) Would you count this as a PR?
