Tuesday WO was a doozy. Kind of helped me understand more of what I am capable of, but was sore for a few days after b/c touching on this volume and this speed hasn't happened in a long time. Workout was 4x400, 1600, 4x300, 1000, 4x200. Rest after sets was 3:00, rest after shorter intervals was 90sec. Splits were...

Heck of a workout. Ran with stat, he's rounding into shape quickly.
I'm really happy with how workouts are going. Lining up some TTs in the coming weeks, probably a 5k and maybe a mile/800. Kind of curious what kind of 800 time I could run, just b/c I've shown some shades of speed as of late.
