I used to obsess over cutting weight to get faster. Finally I accepted that my "larger" frame (compared to who I race) is a strength that helps me be resilient to injury and complete all the training. Work with your body type - its more important that you are lean (low body fat%) rather than light.

Super impressive! Actually with your 5000 m time in your mile time your 10,000 m time should’ve been close to 29 minutes flat. You had good wheels as indicated by your impressive 800 m time.

Your 3000 m time is nowhere near what it should’ve been based on your 1500 m time so I think you were worth around 820 for 3000.
