I ran a 4:55 1600 yesterday at my track race and I was wondering what my 5k time would be. I’m typically better at running longer distance. Considering my time for the 1600, what do you think my 5k and 3200 would be?

10:30, sub-17.
10:25, 16:55
Yep, sub-5 means sub-17 potential. 10:30ish for 2 miles.
17:00-17:15 if you are well trained aerobically. But since you are probably in HS and your aerobic system isn't fully developed yet I would go with 17:30-45.
check the mcmillian calculator
Honestly i wish there was a function on this board that whenever someone poses a question like this, it automatically redirects the OP to the Mcmillian calc
run one and find out
