Maybe a race with some competition? She has proved she can run fast, for sure, but it would be cool to see how she handles nerves and actually having to control her own pace.
You need to get on Milesplit or Runnerspace and watch some videos.
She has run many races with competition. 9th at Footlocker as a freshman. 5th as a soph. Desert Twilight, Great American (2nd to Tuohy), Brooks PR, Millrose, Music City, etc. And she had Sasha Neglia in her local, region, and state races for two years. They had some epic battles with Hutchins winning almost all of them.
I am not sure where you are getting this no competition idea from.
this is not a hutchins tuohy comparison post, pls make your own thread
but while you are at it, ill answer ..
you just answered him on your response, state races, jenna only gets most competition on state races and not nationally where competition is on the highest level, and when shes on nationals, she never really wins just almost .. and tbh she is rarely in nationals compared to a runner who you love comparing her to which is katelyn tuohy who is pretty much always qualifying and competing at a national level each year since 7th grade and has shattered records beat seniors and won countless national titles all through out her hs career not only as an individual runner but with her team, and katelyn runs in a lot of events
when running fans say jenna needs to prove herself with competition, its not about winning state races .. its winning nationally and achieving feats with the best competition, on the biggest stage, vs extreme conditions, extreme pressure and more on a constant basis ( a thing that katelyn impressively dec 2016- 2020 )
