So I ran a 3 x mile repeat workout the other day with 60 seconds rest, splits were 5:35, 5:25, 5:25, comfortably hard but not running my legs off or anything. Besides that, I do 60-65 mpw and I have a 57 second 400 PR.
I know that's not a lot to go off of, but can somebody estimate my 5k and mile fitness? I'm way fitter than I've ever been in my life, but I don't know exactly how much fitter so I'd appreciate some advice on reasonable race paces. Thanks!
