Don't you wonder what you could run for an official event? You know, one that races are actually held over? 100m, marathon, steeple, 5k, whatever? I guess your question is an interesting one, but once you have an answer, do you find an equivalent time for 1000m, 1 mile, or something else? Or is this random distance actually your target goal?

You should run 4:15-4:20. Because you're a high schooler, you likely will run 4:25 and claim you were in 4:10 shape.

That workout suggests around 4:18. I dont think you’re significantly fitter necessarily. 4:16 should be your goal
