That is not the point. U said his success is being used against him. He will be tried the same as he would if he was a nobody. Just because he is known in running circles doesn’t mean his notoriety is being used against him
Outside of the running community he is a nobody. I googled his name and there are only a handful of articles and they were all from local news outlets.
