Dude if you were accurate on those 5k paced ones you can probably shoot for 4:30 or faster. If youre in 2:00ish and 16 flat ish shape at the same time then yeah, 4:30 is pretty doable. And don't worry too much about aerobic fitness, for reference I ran a 4:29 my junior year off of like 15 miles a week. I was training for the 400/800 though so my speed reserve was real high at that point.
