Good run! Don't let up.
congratulations bro.
Awesome!! How old are you? Curious I never ran a step in my life until middle of April my sophomore year of high school. Only ran 2:23 for 800m end of sophomore year something like 4:54 mile junior year 10:26 for 2 miles senior year got down to 4:08 for 1500m in college but never ran to my potential in college. Keep it up!!!

I'm a freshman in college and never ran really trained like I should have in high school, pretty low mileage/didn't run much in the summer. Going into college i decided I had enough with that and started putting in real work, I decided if I was going to see what I can really do I needed to create habits. So I built mileage slowly all summer until I was running 80 miles a week by the end. Xc got covid canceled so that sucked and set me back but I continued to train hard through the winter and ran decent indoor times and then a meh first outdoor race. Yesterday finally felt like its starting to pay off and the big drops are staring. Thanks yall for the support! I'm pretty stoked, I'm naturally more of a distance guy anyway and I'm jumping in a fast 5k in 2 weeks.
Haha heck no, I'm broke. New Balance distance spikes.
Thanks to everyone who's shown support!
Good Job with the PR!
4:05 must be in your sights.
