I have been dealing with an ongoing issue with my leg. Right now I am only able to do light runs of 6 miles and light workouts. I have a solid block of training already built up, but after a week of drastically cutting my miles and workouts l thought l was ready, but the problem came back as soon as l tried to jump back into my old training. How do you know your ready to jump back into your regular workouts and miles? And can you stay fit going from 75 to 80 miles per week or more with hard workouts to 30 or 40 for 3 weeks with light sessions? Do you lose any fitness? I actually was starting to feel better after the back down week, but l don't know how and when to come back to my normal running with out the problem coming back.
