Siena is much too hilly for a good marathon course. But the food and the wine are really good...
The race is perfectly flat because it wiil be run at multiple laps in an old airport, if anything the problem can be the wind being degrees open spaces.
The start is at 7,30 AM Italian hour.
Here tomorrow there will be the link:

A cool preview is here:
https://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=10512451&page=1#10525709I can't find live splits / results anywhere, the stream is nearly unwatchable, what a lamentable state of affairs.
I didn't think it was possible to cover a marathon worse than Boston and the American majors in general, but this is truly far worse
And I want to post a link to the splits, but can't...
"live" splits (more like terribly late splits...)
Lol unbelievable, registering to even view live splits is an incredible innovation in the never ending quest to eradicate what little is left of a fan base
All in Italian but I heard them say Rahma Tusa
Twelve women together and Gerda Steyn in 14th
At least 18 men still with the pacers
Are they on 2.05 pace? At least 5 of the 18 have pb’s 2.08 to 2.14
Results/splits are here tds.sport/it/race/12028
Ten women together at 25k
18 men at 35k
30k: 4 together, 6 sec to another 4
