I hurt my hip flexor and I was told I can't run for 4 weeks by a doctor. Prior to this injury, I ran 50-60 miles per week in the winter and I ran 4 mile tempos at 5:40-5:50 pace. My first race I got a 2:10 in the 4x800 and 10:40 in the 2 mile, I was thrown in this race at the last second . I will be riding on a stationary bike for the 3 weeks. How will this affect my performance and what are some things I should do to maintain my fitness?
