Hi, I want to run a marathon sub2:40 -> Conservative bid. Maybe even 2:35.
What are the best workouts to do for the long run.. I'm thinking 32-34 km including MP blocks.
I heard of 10x1km+1km (20km + warm and cool).. 1km@faster than MP + 1km slower.. Average MP (so around 3:45/km) as example.
Any tips on what I should do in the weekend to come? I don't have that many weekends (and long runs) left, since the Marathon is in 6weeks.
Last week i did 31km (including 5+6km MP and average 4:00min/km)
