You gotta give it 20 days, and then, yeah, you're just keeping up appearances. It's honestly for social norms and ease of guidance more than anything. It immediately becomes impossible to police when anyone can just claim that they are vaccinated.

Well I’m in my 30s, every other group had the chance to get vaccinated before me, if they haven’t done it by now it’s on them.
