Hi!
I have terrible tree and grass allergies, and with this week’s explosion of pollen on the East Coast, I’ve noticed that my heart rate (both running and resting) has been through the roof.
I’ve been taking both oral antihistamines (levocetirizine) and Flonase / Oxymetazoline nasal sprays.
My question is this: is my HR likely due to the medication, the allergies themselves, or both? Does anything else experience high heart rate and fatigue alongside their allergies? Thanks in advance!
