I've noticed for a week or two now that when I go for my runs, I feel a dull pain in my shin off and on during the run. Like, maybe every 50/100 steps or so. It doesn't seem to affect my form and doesn't seem to get worse from running on it. I can definitely "find the spot", but it's really only noticeable during/right after the run. Could this not be a stress fracture? Everything I'm reading online sounds like it is.
