im running at a meet in a week and the last time I did a time trial was last month.
i ran a 2:08 (PR) solo time trial. splits were 62 and 66, but i came down with a foot injury and had to take it easy. (i run about 15 mi/wk) im running again though. my training is of a lot of 400m-600m repeats. i think i am in 2:08 shape again.
i love the 800 but never ran it in competition before. i used to be a sprinter. 23 second PR 200m, and 51 second PR 400m. im 19 and have been running since 12. 4:59 1600m PR
