How do you deal with heavy legs late in the season we are 2 meets until state and my legs have been feeling very tired this past week any tips?
Cut long runs down by 20%.
Run easy days easier.
Run 100m barefoot strides in easy days.
Dont go to the well in any workouts - no harder than like an 8/10 effort

What are some good workouts at the end of the season to do if you’re tired? Should you do shorter workouts, like 200’s-400’s at mile pace, but keep the reps on the lower end, or some thresholds at slower paces?
