I have been slightly favoring a leg do to a issue with my left leg. I have had to cut my miles drastically this past week. I have a session planned in a few days, but all l can do is run on the grass for a 40 minutes and even then it acts up after 20 or 30 minutes. I have some races scheduled in a few weeks. Should stick with the grass and easy runs, doing strides and no workouts till l am able to do strides on the road without favoring a leg or just do it on the grass? Like, don't do a session at all until l am completely fine running on the road without favoring that leg; no fast running at all till it's a 100 percent or try some running on the grass?
