I have recently been successful hitting times i thought i couldn't hit this early in the season, I'm running 70mpw and my 1600 pr is 4:25, i have a fairly clean good diet but after my race today my family brought home pizza and cake and because i was not hungry for clean food i ate the pizza and cake, i ate lots until i was full.
I know this was dumb but i knew it was better to get cheap calories then not enough calories if anything.
Was my progress screwed up and will my times slow down? I will immediately get back to schedule on my eating routine tomorrow.
