I have been running the same interval plan for a few months now. It's always a challenge but I haven't been able to lose that last 5kgs. I went from 105kgs last year now I'm 91 and just can't shake that last 5.
I also do some rowing, 2km every night at max tension. Also just starting the 100 push ups challenge, but just a few days in at this stage.
I've come a long way over the last 6 months but this challenge is probably the hardest, if anyone has any tips or stories on how they achieved it I'd love to hear it.
Int. Plan is: 1km warm up @ 10kph, 2km hard 12kph, 1km harder at 13kph, 2km @ 12kph, 1km harder @ 13kph. All have 500m brisk walk between.
