Bobby B posted a sick 1500 workout today on strava: 2 sets of 5 x 400. 58, 59, 58, 58, 58 first set and then 58, 58, 58, 56, 56 second set.. 90 secs between reps and 4 minutes between sets.
he’s been talking about a 1500 next week down at ole miss and that should be a real quick one. obviously he’s just working on closing speed for a potential NCAA 10k title, but what would you be expecting for his 1500.
