I’m in sub 2 and maybe sub 4:05 1500m shape, so close enough.
My 20 minute tempo pace is about 5:35 per mile with a 2 mile wu and cd
I can hit 400 repeats in 59-63 with 2-4 minutes of rest
I can hit 200 repeats in 26-28 with 1-2 minutes of rest
My all out 400m speed is sitting around 51.5
