Was think of pushing my mileage from 50MPW up to 60-65.
Mon: 4-5 Tempo (Warm Up + Cool Down)
Tues: Progression Long Run (Last 4 Miles at around Tempo Pace)
Wed: Easy
Third: Easy w strides
Fri: Easy
Sat: Easy w/strides
Will this be ok if I incorporate not intervals over these next 4-5 months? Added in the tempos to still get the LT benefit but would almost ALL easy running be ok and really help improve my aerobic capacity which is still pretty lacking in my opjnion right now. Thanks Guys!

Off season or not doesn`t matter, you still have to improve in your training.
That`s done most effectively by working all the main energy systems in parallel in a never ending style, just keep on improve to reach your highest individual limit of performance. -
Why would you have 2 consecutive hard days with 4 consecutive easy days instead of running the hard days in between the easy days?
-
Run about an hour most days, either off Saturday or 30 min really easy, then 90 min long run Sunday
That's about 65 miles a week, you could also do 3 mile easy runs 5 days a week on top of that and get up to 80 -
