NO SALAZAR ATHLETE HAS EVER TESTED POSITIVE FOR PED'S.
This was total BS from the start. Welcome back Alberto.
You poor dumb sheep.
Sorry, but the April Fools front page just kinda phoned it in this year. Be better.
Does this mean I can hire al sal to coach me
My favourite April Fool joke, ever. Well done Brojos.
Ugh you guys got me. Didn't realize it was April Fools until I saw the second headline (Usain Bolt sub-9). Nice job.

It's also false, despite the all-caps in BOLD, lolz. Case in point: Mary Slaney, who tested positive for testo (sound familiar?), and was subsequently banned for two years.
That is also irrelevant for the ban, which was for Salazar's doping infractions, not for those of his athletes.
This may not be a joke in a few weeks when he is reinstated!

when you drill down, the suspension was based on defining whether disgruntled former NOP assistant coach Steve Magness was an "athlete" when he ingested too many vitamins.
And also about whether someone who distributes T-gel to a non-prescribee should be allowed to coach.

Neither have any East Germans.
This thread, and 'joke', is really abysmal. Doping is not a joke. Doping is killing our sport. The Kenyan Standard did a similar April Fool's joke - publishing a story that Kiprop had been cleared. Unlike LetsDope, they caught a lot of flak and quickly took it down.
So Rojo, can you clarify this - making a fake article about a convicted doping coach being cleared is fine, but no reporting of a top Kenyan like Kipketer getting banned, and a thread asking 'why no threads' on it, gets deleted?

Maybe because there is already a thread on it. Use the search thing. It's not that hard.

Regarding Salazar and "doping killing the sport" recall that Salazar was convicted for three violations:
1) His supporting role in Magness' violation of an excess infusion of a non-banned substance
2) Sending an email, advising his athletes not to admit to infusions of a non-banned substance, if asked, because technically they were injections -- this violates "attempted tampering with the process"
3) Giving his personal supply of testosterone, for which he had a prescription, to non-athlete third parties -- this violates "trafficking"
None of these offenses are examples of "doping killing the sport".
On the topic of any NOP athletes ever being doped in the history of NOP, after a lengthy investigation, USADA's Tygart said he looked under every stone and found nothing.
One might wonder if the 5 year investigation was worth it, considering the lack of finding of any athlete competing while doped.
Tygart's non-finding should have been good news to those who are truly concerned about competing athletes doping.
This is kinda sad in a way to poke fun at alberto
If this were true, I can guarantee you that Jordan Hasay would dump Paula and go back to AlSal quicker than she can learn how to put sunscreen on.
