Can running easy runs on concrete and workouts vs asphalt be the reason leg coordination issues get worse?

In my case, it was definitely the case. I never had issues on dirt trails or the track but running fast on the roads regularly triggered it for me. I don't know if it's the surface itself or perhaps because most roads are not horizontal but slanted for drainage purposes. Possible fixes are to always be well hydrated, work on flexibility in hips and hamstrings and correct any lower body muscle imbalances.
Not necessarily related, but I spent most of this winter running on asphalt/concrete and noticed my ground contact balance shifting to the right as reported by Garmin, first saw 51%, then almost 52% occasionally as time went by. Didn't make the connection until I started running on dirt again recently, straight away consistently back to 50/50%. Not sure what it is, but seems surface definitely impacts balance/coordination, maybe it amplifies imbalances.
