I recently ran a 32:45 10k on the track in the vaporfly 4%. What would my time have been if I didn't cheat and wore regular flats?

You would run 10-20s faster in regular flats like streak LT. -

It depends on your form.

Probably 33:00. You could probably wear your regular trainers and run 33:50 or 34:00.
