Someone said someone should do this in another thread (list of HS runners under 9 in the 3200 during the past decade and what they did afterwards).
I put together this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1t6ObYIlnqZuEFIZmVCFY4MP-3il-jMcuT3kdgRQT3DM/edit?usp=sharing
Right now, it had the top 25 fastest guys in the 3200 in 2011 outdoors, hopefully I'll update it with more years in the next few days. I just put whatever was on athletic.net and converted times with Jack Daniel's VDOT Calculator. Everyone should be able to edit, so if anyone wants to fill in any years or names that I missed, go for it.
For what it's worth so far, I didn't recognize a single one of the names so far, so they didn't do a ton after HS I think.

Holy crap dude. Good job!

Update: did 2012.
Only name I recognized was Craig Engels and athletic.net said he didn't have any results so I think they're probably missing a lot of people. Feel free to change people without athletic.net results if they actually did run in college. -
I've been updating a ton.. issue is, you need to use TFRRS instead of athletic.net as athletic.net is not a data site. TFRRS has everything.

I just finished up 2011. Only 2 didn't improve. Waste of time, everyone that was a stud in high school practically improves big-time in college.

Safe to say Gerry would have beat all these guys by 100m . 200m given today’s tracks and shoes
