Any recommendations out there from early morning or nighttime runners for solid nighttime reflective gear? I can't stand headlamps or anything wrapped around my head so looking for something that attaches to clothing/shoes. Going to be in another state where I will have to run on some larger roads early in the morning.

I use a Noxgear vest. It's super lightweight and very lit up.
Depending on what you dislike about headlamps and such, you could try wearing a brimmed cap and wear the lamp outisde of that. -
Nathan makes an LED flashlight that is designed especially for running. Rechargeable 400 lumen output and designed with a strap that goes around your hand and angled such that it illuminates the path ahead of you. I'm curious to see what suggestions you get for gear as I've not really been happy with vests

I stick reflective tape to the back of my every day shoes (link) and wear a high viz band around my chest and waist + ankles. I use a powerful Cateye bike light in my hand instead of a head torch.
Fckn’ grim though looking back on the past winter. I’m in the U.K. fwiw so we’re largely out of this phase now thankfully.

Looks like you bought something already, but this Amphipod vest weighs half as much as the Noxgear vest. I recently vistited my mother in Florida where I run at 5AM on golf cart paths and had several people tell me they could see me from a mile away.
