Proud holder of a 30 BMI!

23.3 down from the mid to high 30s a couple of years ago. Hoping to get into the low 22s or high 21s by the end of the year but holy cow it gets hard as you get older.

Yomif - he’s probably the world’s thinnest professional athlete in activity.
Any fast milers with a BMI over 36
Rather be four pounds more if it means more muscles. I know a guy who is rather skinny. Gets injured all the time. I wonder if he wouldn't benefited from building some more muscles and added 3-4 pounds of "protection".

Maybe a bit high for a collegiate 5k runner (mid 14s), but I played team sports before so I'm a bit more muscular than someone who did nothing but track and xc since middle school.
5'5", 111 pounds, BMI = 18.5.
BMI is a very crude measure of leanness. I have very narrow shoulders and hips and just a generally small skeleton for my height. I'm not particularly thin at a BMI of 18.5. I did my best marathoning at 103 pounds (BMI 17.1).
It's 19.
